What this job is about

We are in search of a senior profile with a strong automotive background and solid connections with the most significant dealership groups in one of our target markets: France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Turkey & Finland. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales or network development role at an OEM or National importer in the markets we pursue.

You will be our market expert and will be responsible for opening the door for us at dealership groups enabling Seez to introduce its products and solutions to the market leaders.

Job Key Responsibilities
  • Help Seez B2B sales team on executing a market research for the country.

  • Create a strong and consistent sales pipeline for your market.

  • Responsible for maintaining the sales pipeline always up to date and documented using Seez CRM methodology.

  • Responsible for setting up strong connections for building:

    • Partnerships

    • Dealer & importer Cooperation

  • Support the B2B sales team at introduction meetings with dealerships.

  • Be the local culture and language expert sharing insights with internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including Partners, dealers, importers and industry experts.

  • Support Seez on automotive related events by attending on behalf of the organization helping to generate and create connections.

  • Support Seez on creating local activities to support our marketing strategy.

What you’ll bring to the party (Must haves)
  • Fluency in English and French language.

  • Previous experience as a Head of Sales or a similar senior position in an automotive business (OEM, Importer, Dealer Group, etc.)

  • Strong automotive network including C-level contacts from bigger automotive retail players in the target market.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to transform product features into a proper sales pitch and communicate it accordingly.
