We are looking for an enthusiastic senior profile to help us drive our sales and revenue success as we expand into new countries in Europe. Working alongside the Head of Expansion, you'll play a vital role in making our B2B business a success by formulating and executing a strategy for sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, and account managing lucrative B2B agreements with automotive dealership groups.
Prospective candidate must possess a mandatory background in the automotive industry to be considered for this position, as this experience is crucial for meeting the specific demands and requirements of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute a detailed market research for the countries where Seez is expanding to.
Build a strong and consistent sales pipeline for each market.
Define and execute a proper sales strategy for going after the targeted accounts.
Responsible for maintaining the sales pipeline always up to date and documented using Seez CRM methodology.
Responsible for setting up strong connections for building:
Partnerships
Dealer & importer Cooperation
Be the lead on first meetings with Enterprise accounts.
Be the local culture and language expert sharing insights with internal stakeholders and helping marketing to create local strategies for boosting our brand in the country.
Account management and development of longtail/existing customers and partnerships within the market.
Weekly reporting to the Head of Expansion of activity undertaken and the difference that this position is making to the business.
Collaborate with product management to align product development and positioning with market needs and revenue objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including Partners, dealers, importers and industry experts.
Support the business on automotive related events by attending on behalf of the organization helping to generate and create connections.
Fluency in English and French/local language
Previous experience as a Head of Sales or a similar senior position in an automotive business (OEM, Importer, Dealer Group, etc.)
Previous experience in a sales related role for a SaaS business.
Strong automotive network including C-level contacts from bigger automotive retail players in the target market.
Ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment.
Maintain strong attention to detail and have excellent communication skills both internal and externally.
Ability to transform product features into a proper sales pitch and communicate it accordingly.
Strong decision-making skills, making high-judgment decisions at a rapid pace.
